Shipping & returns
Where we ship
We currently ship to: US. We do not ship internationally outside these destinations, and we do not ship to freight forwarders. We may refuse shipment to any address, including where local law restricts a product.
Processing and delivery
Paid orders normally leave us within 1–2 business days, in plain, secure, temperature-appropriate packaging labeled for research use. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships and is always visible on your order page. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Your address
Please check your address before paying. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly; if one is returned to us, we will reship at your cost or refund the product price.
Shipping cost
A flat rate applies to orders under the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid order for a full refund until it ships, by emailing us with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
For safety and chain-of-custody reasons we cannot accept returns of research materials once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or a product doesn't match its listed specification, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you. This is your sole remedy for those problems.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund once it is resolved.
Refunds
Refunds are paid in bitcoin over Lightning for the U.S. dollar value you paid, to an invoice or address you send us, normally within 5 business days of approval. See Paying with Lightning.
