Research-use policy

Chainwell supplies synthetic peptides and related reference materials exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation by qualified adults and institutions. This policy forms part of our Terms of sale and use.

Intended use

The only intended use of every product we sell is in-vitro laboratory research. Every product is labeled "For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use." Nothing on this site, in our emails or in any other communication from us changes that intended use.

What our products are not

• They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, compounded preparations or medical devices.
• They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator for any use.
• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, or to affect the structure or any function of the body.
• They are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be consumed, injected, inhaled, applied to skin or otherwise introduced into a person or animal.

Product information

Names, sequences, molecular data, purity figures and any references to published research are provided only to identify the material and support laboratory work. They are not claims that a product is safe or effective for any purpose, and they are not medical, dosing or usage information.

What we will not do

• Provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, "protocol", "cycle" or "stacking" guidance, by any channel.
• Make, repeat or endorse health, performance, cosmetic, weight-related or therapeutic claims, including in reviews, social media or affiliate content.
• Sell to anyone under 21, or to anyone who indicates, in any way, that a product will be used in or on people or animals, or resold for that purpose.
• Sell controlled substances, products approved as drugs, or blends marketed for a purpose.

Your obligations

By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 21; that you, or the institution you buy for, have the training, facilities and equipment to store, handle and dispose of research chemicals safely; that you will use products only for lawful in-vitro research; that you will not resell, transfer or give products to anyone for human or animal use; and that you are responsible for knowing and following every law that applies where you receive and use them.

Our right to refuse and to cancel

We may refuse, cancel and refund any order at our discretion where we believe this policy may be breached. Orders, emails or messages that mention personal or animal use, symptoms, body weight, injections or similar topics are cancelled and refunded, and we may decline future orders from the same buyer. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Safety

Handle all materials in accordance with good laboratory practice, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and store them as described on the product page.
